醇沉罐应用于中药、口服液、食品保健品等的酒精沉淀，酒精沉淀罐是醇沉工序的关键设备。也适用于其它制药、化工、食品、口服液、保健品、染料等行业悬浮液的冷冻或常温沉淀、固液相分离的工艺操作。
2.产品特点
内装自动浮球出液器可减轻工人劳动强度，自动完成出液过程。
确保上清液抽净，而不使沉淀物被抽出 。
锥形底部装有切线蒸汽管道，通入蒸汽可使沉淀物软化，有利于沉淀物排出 。
罐的底部装有切线通气管道，可通过真空或过滤压缩气进行气动搅拌。
